I am Kintan and I own a retail shop down  In Pondok Bambu, where is sell all wooden furniture products. The reason with which I write this letter is to  inquire about the  status of a new product.

                

In August this year the company announced that it will be launching a new model of kitchen set. The announcement stated that the product will be launched somewhere in Octoober.

It would be really helpfull if you could inform me about the date on which the company now plans to launch the product and the date on which the product will be suppliied to stores in Jakarta.

Above is one example of this type of inquiries. the reason I made an example of inquiries because inquiries letters or often referred to requests are the initial stages of the process of business transactions. Through a bid request request the prospective buyer asks or asks for information about the goods or services to be bought.
